Frequently Asked Questions about ArtsQuest Membership

Membership Basics 

How can I find out more and join as a Member? 

Visit www.artsquest.org/member for information on membership levels & benefits and to join! 

How long is the membership good for? 

The membership starts immediately the day you join and goes through a year from the last day of the month you joined. 

What happens to my expiration date if I renew early? 

If you renew your membership early, your expiration date will simply be extended out a year. We don’t penalize anyone for renewing early! 

Can I upgrade my membership? 

Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. Email membership@artsquest.org or call 610-332-1365 to discuss options. 

What types of Member events are offered? 

Member events are offered throughout the year including Comedy Events, Movie Nights, Visual Arts Events, Musikfest Boot Camp for Members, and other special events that let Members go “behind the scenes” to learn about how the ArtsQuest Team pulls off our festivals and events. 

Ticketing Site 

How do I access Member pre-sales and discounts? 

To access Member pre-sales and discounts, you need to log into your account. Your membership is linked to your account, so if you log in first at www.artsquest.org/presale it will unlock pre-sales and any available discounts.  

What is my username? 

Your username is the email address associated with your membership. Please note each membership can only be linked to one email address. 

I can’t log into the website. What should I do? 

If you can’t log into the website, you can click on Forgot Password. You will then receive an email with a temporary password. Please make sure that you type this temporary password into the site. You will then be prompted to change your password. Enter the temporary password as the “Old Password” and then enter a password of your choosing twice.

How do I know if I am logged in? 

When you are logged in it will change from “Order for Guest” to “Order for <Your Name>” in the blue border on the top. If you are logged in and see your name there, your membership benefits will apply. 

Membership Cards 

How do Member & Guest Cards work? What’s the difference between them? 

Cards need to be shown to access benefits on-site. One person per valid card. 

The biggest difference between Member cards and Guest Cards is that Member cards give access to discounts – including discounts on merchandise and movie tickets. Guest cards do not receive discounts.  Both Member and Guest cards can be used to access on-site benefits for Member areas – including Christkindlmarkt admission (for Silver and up), reserved seating in the Oktoberfest arena, and Member Lounges, indoor restrooms, and free shuttle rides at Musikfest. 

When will I receive my cards?

Member cards are ordered and mailed out each week. You can expect to receive your Member cards within 7-10 business days. 

Do you offer digital cards? 

We do not offer digital cards at this time, but we continue to investigate options to improve our offerings in the future. 

I can’t find my cards. What should I do? 

Email membership@artsquest.org or call 610-332-1365. 

Parking

Do I get access to parking?  

Priority year-round parking at SteelStacks is available to Platinum Members, Steel Members, and Circle Donors with their plastic ArtsQuest parking pass. This parking pass is mailed out along with Member cards and can be used in the parking spots with ArtsQuest Member signage in the Ruins East parking lot.  Please note that Platinum and Steel Members have access to these spots throughout the year, excluding Musikfest. 

Silver Members and up do receive a Musikfest parking pass. This parking pass is mailed out separately in July of each year, along with specific benefit information for that year’s festival. The Musikfest parking pass can be used for one vehicle in the North Side or South Side Member parking lots for the length of the festival. 

I can’t find my parking pass. What should I do? 

Email membership@artsquest.org or call 610-332-1365. 

Payment Information 

Can I pay for my membership through installments? 

Yes, memberships can be paid through one-time payment or monthly installments. You can choose monthly installments during the check out process online or by contacting our membership team at 610-332-1365. 

I need to update the credit card saved to my record. How can I do that? 

You can update your credit card online at https://secure.artsquest.org/Online/login.asp.  Log into your account using your email address as the username. Once logged in, click on My Account and then Saved Payment Methods from the side menu. Click Add Payment Method and enter your new credit card information.  Once you have added your new card, email membership@artsquest.org so that we can connect your new card with your installment plan. 

Hospitality 

Can I hold an event at SteelStacks? 

Yes! ArtsQuest Members have access to ArtsQuest facility rentals. 

Do I receive any discounts? 

Platinum Members receive a 10% on facility fees for ArtsQuest rentals and Steel Members receive a 20% discount on facility fees for ArtsQuest rentals.
